RATES
The price for a two-bedroom villa is $1,000 per night for two people, with all meals
included. Each additional person pays $100 per day for meals.
The grand three-bedroom villa, which includes a private sauna and meditation room, is priced at $1,300 per night for two people. Each additional person in the grand villa pays $100 per day for meals, with a maximum capacity of six people.
The above prices apply to the high season, which includes March, April, May, and
September, October, and November. Bookings must be made 30 days prior to the arrival date.
There is a 50% discount during the low season, meaning the price for a two-bedroom villa is $500 per night for two people, with all meals included. Each additional person pays $100 per day for meals.

Enjoy a rate of $400 USD per villa, per night, for up to 4 guests. Please note, the rate
remains $400 USD per night, regardless of the number of occupants. Bookings must be made 30 days prior to the arrival date.
SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT FEES
As part of Bhutan’s sustainability policy, the government’s Sustainable Development Fee (SDF) is $100 per person per day. Additionally, there is a one-time Sustainable Tourism Fund fee of $10 per person and a Visa Fee of $40 per person.
